Mom Support Group: Circle Moms at Gala Desserts

I was so happy to join Circle Moms for their infant feeding day. I got to answer questions about breastfeeding and bottle feeding. We had some great conversations on increasing milk supply, tongue ties, and when to introduce bottles to a breast fed baby. In addition I got to demonstrate the Tummytime!™ Method.
Circle Moms Charleston is led by Jenna Arsenault, a doula. Circle moms is a mom support group for moms 0-3 months postpartum. It is educational and is a wonderful source of support. I love meeting the moms and babies and getting learn from Jenna. Circle Moms is hosted at Gala Desserts, a the bend in north mount pleasant. They have a beautiful space with so much sunlight. They also have cold brew coffee, which I'm surprised I didn't grab a cup. Sounds like the perfect way to start the morning!
