TLN: for Families Benefiting from The Lactation Network

Once your approval through The Lactation Network (TLN) is confirmed, you are entitled to a minimum of 6 visits without incurring any expenses out of your own pocket. This excludes any potential travel fees that might apply.

Explanation of Benefits

You might receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or a Statement of Claims, indicating the processing of a filed claim. This is not a bill. Your EOB could potentially highlight that TLN is considered out-of-network and/or point out a "non-covered" or "patient responsibility" balance. It is important to note that regardless of the specifics in your EOB, there is no additional payment expected from you. Neither TLN nor Erica Rampant will seek payment or send bills in this regard.
